Qualifications

• Experience in financing or delivering local infrastructure investment.
• Knowledge of Local Authorities and central Government bodies; and/or project finance.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to stakeholders.
• Desirable: experience in business development and originating opportunities.
• Desirable: experience with formal lending processes.
• Desirable: commitment to continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Fund and build its reputation in local authority infrastructure financing and transport.
• Develop relationships with Local Authority executives and other investors, banks and experts.
• Strategically solve complex problems and deliver commercially sustainable outcomes.
• Lead advisory mandates and support Local Authorities in transport infrastructure projects.
• Oversee due diligence, advisory reports, and workshops to improve project delivery.
• Collaborate across the Fund to share knowledge and shape sector strategies.
