National Wealth Fund Limited is seeking a senior Director, Transport within the Investment and Advisory team. The role leads advisory and lending engagements for transport infrastructure—rail, mass transit, bus, roads, airports—and develops investable propositions for public sector clients.

The post requires extensive experience in financing large-scale public projects, strong commercial judgement, and ability to operate at executive levels across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financing, advisory or consultancy for large-scale public sector infrastructure.
• Experience in transport infrastructure projects (rail, mass transit, bus, roads, airports).
• Knowledge of government finance and lending transaction governance.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Fund and build its reputation in local authority infrastructure financing.
• Lead advisory and lending engagements across transport projects.
• Develop investable propositions and conduct due diligence.
• Support MD/Head of RPA to attract talent and shape the function.
• Interface with senior stakeholders and draft sector strategies.
