Job summary

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, Bermuda's premier luxury urban resort, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead a dynamic team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service. You will drive guest satisfaction through proactive supervision, training, and collaboration with Rooms, Laundry and Engineering.

The role requires a minimum 5 years of housekeeping leadership, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record in cost control and staff development within a luxury hotel

Qualifications

• University degree or Hotel Management Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in housekeeping management.
• Strong organizational and administration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and delegation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations across rooms and public spaces.
• Lead and coach the housekeeping team toward service excellence.
• Develop policies and ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Plan staffing and training; manage budgets and payroll.
• Collaborate with Laundry, Front Office, Engineering and F&B.
• Promote recycling and cost-control initiatives.
