Job summary

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest service delivery in a luxury, international hotel environment. You will coach staff, coordinate with Guest Service Agents, and support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, ensuring superb guest satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in front desk operations, a collaborative approach in a multicultural setting, and hands-on experience with Opera PMS, MS Office, and hospitality systems.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in Front Desk / Guest Services in luxury hotel.
• At least 1 year international experience in luxury hotel is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Support the Front Office Manager and act in their absence.
• Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs while ensuring high service standards.
• Conduct shift briefings and meetings to keep teams informed and prepared.
