The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a morning or afternoon shift, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms and public areas. You will guide the team, drive readiness, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have experience allocating rooms, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards under Health & Safety guidelines, with a proactive, calm approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a morning or afternoon shift from the floor and brief the team.
• Direct and support team members to meet targets and standards.
• Monitor room readiness and housekeeping quality checks.
• Manage back-of-house areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee stock control and organization across blocks.
• Conduct training for new and existing staff and lead briefings.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
