Responsibilities

• Assist clients in assessing the value creation potential within their business and develop action plans to deliver performance improvement initiatives.
• Work hands‑on with management teams to secure buy‑in across the business and implement agreed initiatives within an accelerated timeframe to maximise value.
• Collaborate with colleagues from Financial Advisory, Consulting and the broader Deloitte network to provide clients with a coherent overview of operations, performance gaps and rapid improvement opportunities.
• Work effectively in diverse, inclusive teams where contributions are recognised.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record of delivering working‑capital optimisation and cash flow forecasting programmes at an accelerated pace, in a consultancy or corporate setting.
• Experience implementing cash‑and‑working‑capital initiatives, including Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and inventory optimisation.
• Track record in business development, including generating new leads and building out existing projects.
• Experience with private equity portfolio companies is desirable.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead projects.
• Experience in managing and developing talent.
• Very strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility for international travel.

Work arrangements

You’ll be based in London with a hybrid working model. You will work flexibly from the office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites and remotely as required.
