Newlon Housing Trust is seeking an Assistant Director of Income and Service Charges to lead income collection, rent accounting, service charges and financial inclusion. You will protect vital income while ensuring charges are fair and transparent for tenants, shared owners and leaseholders.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience in social housing with a track record across income and service charges.
• Vision and delivery skills to lead complex service transformation and measurable improvements.
• Strong financial, analytical and governance capability to provide executive and Board assurance.
• Collaborative leadership style with a commitment to listening to residents and building teams.
• Ability to make complex financial information clear and accessible.
