Newlon Housing Trust is seeking an ambitious, resident-focused leader to become Assistant Director of Income and Service Charges. You will lead income collection, rent accounting, service charges and financial inclusion while transforming the resident experience to be clearer, fairer and more responsive to tenants, shared owners and leaseholders.
