Job summary

InvestIN is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to maximise existing activity across email, social, content and paid media. You will lead analytics, optimise pages and campaigns, and explore new channels to grow leads and revenue.

You will manage paid media partners, develop SEO and influencer/affiliate opportunities, and work with the Marketing Team Lead on budgets and strategy while supporting broader company objectives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of digital marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Strong ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actions.
• Practical SEO experience including keyword research and content optimisation.
• Understanding of how marketing activity translates into leads, bookings and revenue.
• Proactive, takes initiative and identifies opportunities without prompting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimise website content, landing pages and lead gen to boost conversions.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations and implement improvements.
• Manage the paid media agency relationship and monitor PPC and Paid Social performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, ROI and revenue.
• Work with Marketing Team Lead on budgets, strategy and performance insights.
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy to grow organic visibility and traffic.
• Identify opportunities via keyword research and measure impact of changes.
• Explore AI-powered search platform visibility enhancements.
