Walker & Sloan in Corsham, Wiltshire, is seeking an Assistant Design Manager to join a flagship data centre development worth £80 million. You will support design information delivery, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and help ensure technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidate will have experience in construction design environments, with qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction/design environment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate design information across disciplines and ensure full coordination.
• Support design team and programme delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with design reviews, RFIs and approvals to meet deadlines.
• Resolve design queries and liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and CDM considerations.
