Walker & Sloan Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design management of major construction projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.

You will coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors and clients to ensure fully coordinated, technically compliant design information and programs. Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Design Management.
• Experience coordinating design across multiple construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, planning requirements and technical compliance.
• Experience coordinating design programmes, information release schedules and design responsibility matrices.
• Understanding of BREEAM, sustainability and Net Zero Carbon requirements.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Confident communicator with ownership of technically challenging projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design management across major construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
