The role |

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with strong food knowledge, leading and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves to celebrate team successes and recognizes individual needs
