Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Has knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
