Job summary

Judicium, a DfE accredited training provider, is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to support high-quality programmes. You will deliver customer service, coordinate the learner journey, and provide administrative support across teams.

The role includes completing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship and working closely with Heads of and Programme Teams to maintain high standards. You will join a collaborative environment with opportunities for development, data reporting, and

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer phone call support.
  • Ensure all student teachers are registered with the DfE Register.
  • Maintain accurate placement records on the DfE Register and Ofsted CAIT system for school placements.
  • Support with internal compliance audits of student records including DfE Annex G audits.
  • Produce Letter of Assurances of Student Teachers to school placements.
  • Support programme team with student teacher administration evidence (learner reviews) on the BUD platform.
  • Support with student teacher Last Evidence of Learning (LDOL) on the BUD platform.
  • Support with student teacher interviews in line with Safer Recruitment practices.
  • Run adhoc data reports as requested.
  • Assist Senior Bursar in checking student finance registrations.
  • Support apprenticeship enrolment calls.
  • Carry out invigilation of student teacher equivalency tests.
  • Witness student teacher documents for authenticity (online/virtual).
  • Document and improve processes with colleagues.
  • Track progress towards KPIs.

About the job

Reporting to the Candidate and Programme Support Manager, the Assistant Coordinator role is integral to the operations of high-quality programmes. It requires excellent customer service, strong administrative skills, efficient coordination of the learner journey and effective support and coordination services. Within the team you will be designated certain areas of responsibility that will change dependant on the needs of the team, the business and your own professional development.

Assistant Coordinators will work closely with their team, Heads of, and Programme Teams to ensure administrative support is provided to a high standard. Cross-team collaboration is encouraged.

They will complete Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.

About you
  • Provide customer phone call support
  • Ensure all student teachers are registered with the Department for Education (DfE) Register
  • Maintain accurate placement records on DfE Register and Ofsted CAIT system for school placements
  • Support with internal compliance audits of student records including DfE Annex G audits (ie. gathering student document evidence)
  • Produce Letter of Assurances of Student Teachers to school placements
  • Provide support to programme team with student teacher on programme administration evidence (i.e learner reviews) on BUD (apprenticeship platform)
  • Provide support to programme team with student teacher Last Evidence of Learning (LDOL) on BUD
  • Provide support with student teacher interviews in line with Safer Recruitment practices
  • Running adhoc data reports as and when requested
  • Providing support to Senior Bursar in checking student finance registrations
  • Support with conducting apprenticeship enrolment calls
  • Carry out invigilation of student teacher equivalency tests
  • Carry out online/virtual calls to witness student teacher documents for authenticity
  • Work with colleagues to document and improve processes
  • Take ownership of and provide visibility into the progress towards KPIs
  • Role model BPN values including working collaboratively, striving for excellence, working with integrity and undertaking continual learning
  • Adhere to Best Practice Network and Supporting Education Group’s policies and standards
  • Any other duties as may be required
