Reporting to the Candidate and Programme Support Manager, the Assistant Coordinator role is integral to the operations of high-quality programmes. It requires excellent customer service, strong administrative skills, efficient coordination of the learner journey and effective support and coordination services. Within the team you will be designated certain areas of responsibility that will change dependant on the needs of the team, the business and your own professional development.
Assistant Coordinators will work closely with their team, Heads of, and Programme Teams to ensure administrative support is provided to a high standard. Cross-team collaboration is encouraged.
They will complete Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
