Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for an Assistant Cook to join our team in Woodstock, OX20 1LP.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
• Supporting the Chef Manager and catering team with daily kitchen operations
• Preparing ingredients and ensuring food is ready for service
• Serving customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
• Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and storage of food items
• Supporting with washing up and general kitchen duties where required
• Contributing to a positive team environment and delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a catering, kitchen, or food service environment is desirable
• A passion for food preparation and customer service
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is advantageous
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
