Job summary

Aramark in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant for the busy Bicester kitchen. You will support daily food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and assist chefs during service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Basic food preparation, including the preparation of cold food items.
• Following all Health & Safety and food safety procedures.
• Receiving deliveries, checking stock, and ensuring correct stock rotation.
• Cleaning kitchen areas and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Assisting with pot wash duties and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team during service periods.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Bicester, OX25 1PZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to support a busy kitchen operation, helping to deliver high-quality food services while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

Additional Information

• You must have resided in the UK continuously for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
• The successful candidate will be required to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
