We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to provide support within our waste operations across Lincolnshire.
This role involves working across the Waste Services Team we need a dynamic individual to work flexibly supporting our Operations Team and Performance and Improvement Team.
Some key duties for the Operations team are working at various waste transfer stations mainly assisting with the weighing and loading of vehicles, stockpiling waste, maintaining site cleanliness and providing support at our Household Waste Recycling Centre at Tattershall.For the Performance and Improvement team, you will work on projects to improve the service and also engage with the public, providing information and assistance with waste and recycling programs.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle. A vehicle may also be provided by LCC.
Please be aware the role is required to manually handle material when loading vehicles for sampling and waste collection and also assisting the public at Recycling Centres so a certain level of physical fitness is required. Overtime opportunities may be available.
