AXA UK is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary for AEGIS London Holdings Ltd. This pivotal role includes comprehensive support to the Company Secretary, managing minute taking and governance documentation. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance as well as excellent communication skills.

This position is the Assistant Company Secretary for AEGIS London Holdings Ltd., and its various subsidiaries, including AEGIS Managing Agency Ltd., a regulated Lloyd’s managing agent, (collectively, “AEGIS London” or the “Company”) and reports to the Company Secretary.
The purpose of the role is to support the Company Secretary in providing a comprehensive Company Secretarial service to the AEGIS London entities and business functions. In particular this will include minute taking, action management, preparing agendas and meeting materials and liaising with Directors, Committee members and senior members of management on Board and committee issues.
