As this role covers the London and Southeast region, your contractual place of work will be one of our regional hub offices in Hampshire, Surrey or Kent. Our formal hybrid working policy is that you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week. Please keep this in mind, however we currently have a more flexible arrangement locally. The team currently works largely remotely, and we are happy to discuss working patterns at interview stage.
You’ll be part of the Trust’s internal delivery team: a flexible resource of specialist skills and expertise.
As one of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including curators, building surveyors and project managers, you’ll be working with others to help make things happen.
As this role covers the London and South East region, your contractual place of work will be the nearest National Trust regional office to your home. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview.
It's an exciting time to join the London and South East Communications and Marketing team. You'll be working on regional marketing campaigns and with property teams to share stories about our places, our work and our cause.
Working within a team of ten Communications and Marketing Delivery Partners, you'll promote our stories and places through on and offline channels to drive visits and grow engagement with our charitable purpose. Using a range of owned and earned channels you’ll be looking at how our web content is performing, making recommendations for improvements, supporting with graphic design projects, coordinating external suppliers such as print and design agencies, and assisting with social media content. In addition, you’ll support our properties to maximise their channels through coaching and provide support to the wider regional team.
If you're enthusiastic about sharing stories, creating content and evaluating performance, and have some experience in the following, we'd love to hear from you:
