We’re looking for a Direct Communications Executive to join our Customer Journeys team. You’ll build and deliver our direct communication and marketing campaigns using our automation and data platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalisation and Salesforce Data Cloud.
You’ll use your technical, data and coding skills to shape and deliver targeted, personalised, and relevant marketing communication journeys to our supporters within our emails and across our website.
Salary: Base salary £37,500 with a £10,000 reviewable market supplement.
Reporting into our Senior Marketing Automation Manager you’ll be part of a team of marketing automation specialists, within the Customer Journeys team.
Customer Journeys at the National Trust are at the heart of relationships between places and people. We work to understand the behaviours and motivations of our members, visitors and supporters so we can inspire meaningful connections and encourage our supporters to visit, join, donate and volunteer.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40–60% of your working week.
As a Direct Communications Executive, you’ll design and develop workflows with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalisation and be responsible for the successful delivery of 6 million email and direct mail communications monthly as well as deploying personalised experiences on our website.
Using your technical and data skills, you’ll build robust, repeatable campaigns, journeys and personalised experiences with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Working in an agile environment, you’ll support our Membership and Fundraising teams to embed best practice. Using campaign optimisation and measurement techniques, you’ll translate data briefs into campaign workflows that include customised segmentation, A/B testing, personalisation and tracking logic.
