Job summary

MACCA Sports Academies Limited is hiring for a holiday coaching role at Spalding Rugby Club during Easter, Summer and Winter breaks. You will coach Multi-Sport and Creative Activities to children aged 4–16, ensuring safety, punctuality and smooth registration while upholding BeYou, BeKind and BeGreat values.

Training will be provided for safeguarding, and we expect a professional, inclusive approach with strong organisation and reliability for every session.

Responsibilities

Coaching planned activities to children aged 4–16 years through Arts & Crafts and Physical Activity.
Ensure arrival to site 15 minutes in advance.
Complete registers in a timely manner.
Safeguarding of children (training will be provided).
Maintain supervision of all children during activities, breaks and lunch.
Promote inclusion and adaptability in all sessions.

Job description

Join our enthusiastic team throughout the school holiday periods (Easter, Summer & Winter) at Spalding Rugby Club. Coaching our Multi-Sport and Creative Activities course through the Holiday, Activities and Food programme, funded by the Department of Education.

Responsibilities:

Coaching planned activities to children aged 4 - 16 years old, through Arts & Crafts and Physical Activity.
Ensure arrival to site in a timely prompt manner (15 minutes in advance).
Ensure registers are completed in a timely manner.
Safeguarding of children (training will be provided).
Ensure all children are supervised at all times (activities, breaks & lunch).
Maintain a professional approach, being punctual, organised and setting high expectations for children attending.
Promote an ethos of inclusion and adaptability.
