Job summary

MACCA Sports Academies Limited is seeking enthusiastic coaches to work with children aged 4–16 during Easter, Summer and Winter holidays at Sleaford Rugby Club. You will deliver Multi-Sport and Creative Activities as part of the Holiday, Activities and Food programme.

Responsibilities include coaching planned activities, arriving 15 minutes early, completing registers, safeguarding (training provided), supervising all children, and providing daily reviews to the Regional Lead.

• Ensure arrival to site in a timely prompt manner (15 minutes in advance).
• Ensure registers are completed in a timely manner.
• Safeguarding of children (training will be provided).
• Ensure all children are supervised at all times (activities, breaks & lunch).
• Provide a review to our Regional Lead following each day.
• Maintain a professional approach, being punctual, organised and setting high expectations for children attending.
• Promote an ethos of inclusion and adaptability.
