This role involves supporting the operation of a Local Authority Residential Short Breaks overnight provision, working 30 hours per week on a flexible rota, including weekends.
We seek a flexible, creative, and nurturing individual with knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Quality Standards, capable of supporting staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include supporting children and young people with diverse needs, advocating for them, completing risk assessments, care plans, and building positive relationships with families and professionals.
Applicants should demonstrate excellent multi-agency working, safeguarding knowledge, and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification, with a commitment to complete Diploma Level 5 within 18 months.
