Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support busy back-of-house operations across our UK venues, including airport concessions. You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes and keep prep areas spotless, ensuring the team has what they need to serve guests efficiently.

Qualifications

• In-store experience or customer service background is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

In this back of house role you'll maintain kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, and cleaning food preparation areas. You'll make sure our line chef's have everything they need to create our delicious food for our guests. • Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check
