Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd in the UK is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support busy back-of-house operations across our brands, including Wagamama and Barburrito. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist chefs, and ensure smooth kitchen workflows in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include keeping areas clean, washing dishes, and providing chefs with what they need to create meals for guests. Airport shifts may start as early as 3am, requiring flexibility.

In this back of house role you'll maintain kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, and cleaning food preparation areas.
