Job summary

You will support sales KPIs, mentor workshop staff, and help maintain stock while ensuring compliance and high standards across the centre.
Qualifications
- Background in the automotive industry is required.
- Experience coordinating workshop activity and staff.
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Customer-focused approach to service and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager with day-to-day centre operations.
- Coordinate workshop staff and manage daily workflow.
- Maintain stock and inventory controls.
- Coach workshop mechanics to meet customer and business targets.
- Assist technicians with mechanical issues when needed.
- Support achievement of commercial KPIs and centre performance.
- Handle customer enquiries and develop local accounts.
- Ensure high standards of workshop compliance.
