Job summary

Protyre Autocare is seeking a hands-on, dynamic Assistant Centre Manager to join our growing team. You will assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, maintain high customer service standards and help drive centre performance.

Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving licence, workshop and management experience, and the desire to coach and mentor a team. We offer funded IMI courses, generous staff discounts, life insurance and pension within The Micheldever Group.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot
• Supporting the team in the workshop mechanically
• Playing a key part in the Centre targets and KPIs
• Overseeing stock values and maintaining centre standards
• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring policy adherence
