Job summary

Protyre Autocare is seeking an hands-on Assistant Centre Manager to join their rapidly growing team. You will assist with delivering business objectives through effective centre management, ensuring high customer service levels and maintaining centre standards.

Essentially, a Full UK Driving Licence and workshop/management experience are required. The role offers career development through IMI courses and bonus opportunities within a national automotive network.

Qualifications

• Technical or Mechanical background/knowledge.
• The ability to support the technicians in the workshop if required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability and desire to coach and mentor the team.
• Previous experience leading a team.
• A high level of understanding of car technology.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience of account management.
• Commercial awareness to maximize business opportunities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot.
• Support the team in the workshop mechanically.
• Play a key part in the Centre targets including KPIs.
• Oversee maintenance of stock values within the centre.
• Offer and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
