- Automotive experience gained in a workshop, service centre or similar environment, either hands-on or in a supervisory/management role.
- Good mechanical understanding, with a relevant light vehicle qualification desirable but not essential where strong experience can be shown.
- Assist the Centre Manager with the daily running of the site and support effective team leadership
- Help monitor centre performance, sales activity and operational standards
- Ensure customers receive a professional, efficient and helpful service throughout their visit
- Spend time in the workshop supporting technicians as well as assisting with customer-facing duties
- Support colleagues with guidance, on-the-job coaching and day-to-day problem solving
- Help maintain safe working practices and compliance with centre procedures
- Use internal systems to help organise work, track activity and keep the centre operating smoothly
