Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Swindon is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager at a leading UK automotive retailer. You will support the Centre Manager, supervise workshop and front-of-house teams, and help maintain stock while delivering excellent customer service.

The role covers 42.5 hours per week on a Monday–Friday schedule with every second Saturday, plus a competitive package including £32k–£34k base salary, an annual bonus of around £3,600, enhanced holiday entitlement and

• Technical/mechanical knowledge of vehicles

• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join a leading automotive retailer in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Our client is one of the UK's largest network of automotive service centres and tyre outlets, offering a dynamic working environment with excellent career development opportunities.

As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations at the Swindon location.

Your responsibilities include managing a team of workshop and front-of-house staff, assisting with mechanical support when required, maintaining stock levels, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

• Salary ranging from £32,000 to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Performance-related monthly bonus scheme approximately £3,600 per year
