Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Leeds to lead a care team and deliver personalised care for residents across dementia, nursing, and residential settings. You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, ensuring high standards and compassionate care that respects residents' dignity and independence.

You will contribute to care planning, record keeping, and engaging residents in social activities, while maintaining strong links with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent (NVQ/SVQ)
• Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent
• Background in person-centered care planning and dementia care knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care
• Assist Registered Nurse and Care Manager; provide physical and mental stimulation to residents
• Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team
• Deliver personalised care plans and support residents and families
