Job summary

Agincare Group’s Fulford Care Home in Littlehampton is seeking experienced care professionals to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, helping residents feel safe, valued and at home. Your role includes supporting daily living, dignity, and independence.

You will administer medications safely, contribute to and review care plans, lead activities and engage residents in meaningful ways, and guide teammates when needed. Compassion and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and leading person-centred care.
• Ability to support residents with dignity and independence.
• Experience with medication administration is desirable.
