We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cafe Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Our ideal Assistant Cafe Manager will:

• Lead the team on shift to deliver the best coffee experience to every guest
• Manage the stock and order systems for food & consumables, ensuring the store has a 100% supply of items for customers
• Ensure the store is opened and closed adhering to all Costa standards, policies & procedures
• Ensure all brand standards are delivered throughout the shift to ensure complete customer satisfaction, completing all relevant checks, standards, food & health and safety checks, and taking all necessary remedial action or escalating as required
• Train & coach team members to support them in delivering their roles effectively
