We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cafe Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Lead the team on shift to deliver the best coffee experience to every guest
• Manage stock and ordering systems for food & consumables to ensure the store has 100% supply
• Ensure the store is opened and closed according to Costa standards, policies, and procedures
• Deliver brand standards throughout the shift to ensure customer satisfaction, including completing all relevant checks and taking remedial action or escalating as needed
• Train and coach team members to support effective role delivery
