We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cafe Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Our ideal Assistant Cafe Manager will:

• Lead the team on shift to deliver the best coffee experience to every guest
• Manage stock and order systems for food & consumables, ensuring the store has 100% supply of items for customers
• Ensure the store is opened and closed according to all Costa standards, policies, and procedures
• Deliver all brand standards throughout the shift to ensure complete customer satisfaction, including completing relevant checks and taking necessary remedial actions or escalating as needed
• Train and coach team members to support their effective performance
