What we’re looking for
This is an opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career, or looking to make their first move into a commercial role. You might be a recent graduate, have worked in hospitality or customer service, or have some initial sales experience and be ready to take the next step. You don't need to be an established Business Development Manager or an experienced account manager — we're looking for someone with the right attitude and potential to grow. You'll bring:
- A people-first approach: You enjoy meeting people, building rapport and developing relationships.
- Energy and enthusiasm: You're proactive, positive and ready to get out into the market.
- A willingness to learn: You're keen to develop your sales skills, build commercial knowledge and take on new challenges.
- A drive to succeed: You're motivated by goals, enjoy seeing results and aren't afraid to put yourself out there.
- Confidence and communication: You're comfortable speaking to new people, asking questions and explaining ideas.
- Organisation and initiative: You can plan your time, manage your own diary and take responsibility for your activities.
- Commercial curiosity: You're interested in what makes a business successful and enjoy spotting ways to improve sales.
- Good IT skills: You're comfortable using Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system would be a bonus.
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail or customer service would be beneficial, but it's your attitude, ambition and potential that matter most. Experience in the drinks industry isn't essential.
A full UK driving licence is required.
