The New Business Development Manager wins and grows on-trade wine accounts across London, focusing on large or high-value single-site venues and small-to-medium groups of restaurants, bars and hotels.
Taking a consultative approach rather than a traditional sales one, the role finds and converts new customers, looks after a small portfolio of existing accounts, and helps venues build wine lists that work for them. It works closely with the wider London & National On-Trade team, and represents Boutinot and our producers at tastings and events.
To accelerate profitable growth in the London on-trade by winning, developing and keeping high-value accounts that suit our brand and values.
This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The role works across a range of internal departments, and duties may develop over time.
This is a field-based sales role, spending full days on the road with customers. It would suit someone with on-trade wine sales experience who enjoys winning new business and building long-term customer relationships.
