A UK heritage organization is seeking an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator to support daily office operations in Norwich. The successful candidate will manage diaries, assist with financial management, and complete various administrative tasks. The role requires a helpful attitude and good IT skills. As an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day‑to‑day running of the office. This is a busy and varied job – no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.

You’ll be helping to run a business service for the wider team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities may include managing people’s diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.
