The purpose of this role is to make a positive contribution to support the attainment of the Distribution sales target and objectives.
Strive to go beyond direct responsibilities to surpass team targets and meet team commitments.
To embrace, challenge, and motivate others in the – wider and local - team to assist in overcoming challenges. To support the local and national team in the achievement of team goals in accordance with the Group’s recommended behaviours.
To support the development of a high performing team which utilises individual strengths for maximum contribution.
To identify potential introducers of new business using Financial Clarity and other data sources to arrange meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).
To help organise events in the Regions in conjunction with the BDMs and Investment Managers.
To identify, contact, and arrange meetings with un-initiated contacts via telephone, Skype, or face-to-face.
To support the Head of UK Distribution & other key stakeholders within BM Group, in building the Brooks Macdonald brand within the UK, to ensure sales targets are achieved and surpassed.
To ensure personal development meets the standards established for the role.
To support the attainment of Distribution policy and procedures to the highest standards.
Objectives to be set for the number of quality calls to prospective adviser firms and leads passed onto BDMs.
To provide support with campaigns across Distribution working collaboratively with the ABDMs.
To contribute to an effective and positive risk management culture at the firm.
Maintain appropriate level of ongoing CPD and minimum standards within business area requirements.
To fulfill all levels of compliance procedures to the highest standard.
