Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is supporting an established property and construction consultancy in Birmingham to appoint an Assistant Building Surveyor.

You will contribute to a varied portfolio of Building Surveying work, gaining exposure to professional and project tasks while developing your technical knowledge. The role requires a minimum of 3 years post-degree experience, a RICS-accredited degree, and APC progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' post-degree Building Surveying experience.
• RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree.
• Currently working towards final APC assessment or recently sat APC.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a varied portfolio of Building Surveying instructions.
• Condition surveys and building inspections.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other professional consultants.
• Preparing specifications and schedules of work.
• Assisting with project cost control.
• Liaising and travelling nationally as required.
