You will report to the Branch Manager, support daily operations, handle customer enquiries, assist the team, and ensure the branch runs smoothly with hands-on involvement in planning,

Qualifications

• Some supervisory, sales, or administrative experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate and confident using standard software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and supplier enquiries, both in person and over the phone
• Respond to emails and manage general correspondence
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
• Check condition and quantities of delivered goods against documentation
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the branch and provide hands-on support where needed
