• Work with Branch Manager to maintain efficient branch operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, sales and order processing.
• Assist with stock control and goods management.
• Respond to emails and telephone enquiries.
• Support customers both in person and over the phone.
• Check deliveries against delivery notes.
• Assist with loading and unloading stock.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
