Jewson in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager who thrives on delivering excellent customer service and leading a small team. You will build relationships with customers, manage stock and orders using our in-house systems, and support sales growth in the local market.

• Proven background in sales with a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success.
• Get to know our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• Understand the local market to support plans for sales growth.
• Use in-house systems to process orders, organise delivery times, and update customers.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts.
• Lead the team to prioritise Health & Safety at work.
