Job summary

Epwin Group PLC in Cheltenham is seeking a proactive role focused on sales and operations to manage customer interactions, quote PVCu product ranges, and support business growth.

You will build lasting customer relationships, handle enquiries, and contribute to reporting on costs and sales trends while ensuring accurate invoicing, orders and deliveries. A driving licence and branch experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in PVC building products or similar.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Good administrative and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell PVCu product ranges to customers.
• Serve and manage customer enquiries.
• Report on costs, sales trends and market feedback.
• Oversee daily delivery and dispatch processes.
• Enter Invoices, Sales Orders and Credit Notes accurately.
• Perform warehouse and driving duties as required.
• Provide cover for the Manager in their absence.
• Assist with Health and Safety compliance.

This role involves managing customer interactions, driving sales, overseeing operational processes, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Accountabilities

• Quote and sell PVCu product ranges to customers.
• Serve and manage customer enquiries effectively.
• Report on costs, sales trends, and market feedback.
• Oversee daily delivery and dispatch processes, ensuring correct routing.
• Ensure timely entry of Invoices, Sales Orders, and Credit Notes into the system.
• Perform warehouse and driving duties as required.
• Provide cover for the Manager in their absence.
• Assist with Health and Safety compliance.

Role Requirements

• Proven sales experience in PVC building products or general building/construction sectors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Broad-based computer skills to manage administrative tasks.
• Previous sales experience in a branch environment.
• Clean UK driving licence.
