Alecto Recruitment Limited is seeking a Junior Level BMS Engineer to join the London-based BMS team. You will support service, maintenance, fault finding and PPM works across BMS systems.

Ideal candidates have experience in building controls with BACnet/KNX/Mbus/Modbus, and electrical installations. This role offers development into commissioning and growth within the smart buildings sector.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in BMS/BEMS service, maintenance and fault finding.
• Installation experience / small works in building controls.
• Strong understanding of KNX, BACnet, MBus and Modbus protocols.
• HVAC integration experience with valves, AHUs and plant rooms.
• Recognised electrical qualifications / Electrical Installation qualifications.

Aufgaben

• Support the BMS team with service, maintenance, fault finding and PPM works across BMS systems.
• Assist with fault diagnosis and ongoing commissioning activities as the role develops.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure site safety and compliance during visits.

Assistant BMS Engineer

A specialist in intelligent buildings, IOT and BMS / BEMS sectors. Operating for over 30 years.

Due to continued development and growth, they are looking to hire a Junior Level BMS Engineer.

Salary / Benefits:

• £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
• Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
• Pension
• 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Private Healthcare.

The Position:

Working across London, this position will be supporting the existing building management system (BMS) team for the service, maintenancem fault finding, fault diagnosis and PPM works of BMS Systems

Requirements:

• We are seeking a passionate individual within the building controls sector who is keen to progress further into Commissioning
• You will have experience working within the BMS / BEMS sector and have skills around service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs
• Installation experience / small works experience
• Strong understanding of protocols such as: KNX, BacNet, MBus, Modbus
• HVAC integration experience and experience of Valves, AHUS's and working within Plant Rooms.
• Hold recognised Electrical qualifications / Electrical Installation qualifications.
