Job Description:

Dakota Hotel, based in Manchester City Centre, is seeking an outgoing individual with waiting experience for the role of Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Working predominantly evening shifts, this role is ideal for individuals with daytime commitments.

Contract and Pay Rate

£12.75 per hour, paid weekly, with a minimum guaranteed gross annual salary of £23,205 (including anticipated tronc payment).

The role offers a permanent contract of at least 35 hours per week, with shifts mainly in the evenings, any 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide table service, take guest orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Offer personalized recommendations and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Coordinate with bar and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu options to enhance guest satisfaction.
