Your Day At Aqua

Create a great atmosphere: You will engage with our guests and create a welcoming environment that ensures they have an enjoyable experience and feel well taken care of
Operational efficiency: Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Team support & guidance: Assist in supervising and motivating our bar team, recruiting, training, and developing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £14,465.24 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
