Your Requirements:

As an Assistant Bar Manager, we would love you to have:

• At least 4 years of beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Personal License holder
• Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses
• Customer-focused — demonstrating exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
• Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
• Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
