The Orange Pub - Assistant Bar Manager Role

The Orange, one of Cubitt House's eight luxury pubs, is looking for someone to help manage the bar, which is split across three levels. You will report to our AGM, Head of Bars, and both will manage a team of 8. We are seeking someone eager to develop into a Bar Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to adapt, change, and learn on the job.
• Outstanding knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Salary range: £37,000 - £39,000, dependent on experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Initiative to take on new challenges and solve problems.
• Desire to develop their team and within their role.
• Manage stock takes for their site.
