Salary - 27537.64

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and outgoing Bar Assistant Manager to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Bar Assistant Manager, you will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day Bar operations.

What we offer

• £27537.64 per annum
• Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week) over 5 days, on a rotational basis between Monday and Sunday. Flexibility to work weekends and varying shift patterns is required to meet business needs.

Your role

We are looking for someone who maintains high standards and has a keen attention to detail. Experience within the luxury/boutique segment would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be a food and drink enthusiast, with a solid and current understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

As a Bar Assistant Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Bar to deliver an excellent guest experience.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager, leading and developing the Bar operations, driving revenue, and ensuring brand standards are met and guests' expectations are exceeded.

You will be part of a busy and hardworking team environment, with opportunities to learn and develop.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
